The story behind this knife

Behind the striking good looks of that mosaic damascus steel lies a nimble, well balanced exceptionally functional knife. The edge is thin but slightly convex for better food release and effortless slicing of fruit, veg and meat.

Handle detail
One of one. Never to be repeated.
Many generations of handle design have led to this, our current favorite design which offers comfort and control in many positions, but specifically the pinch grip.
