The story behind this knife
Handle detail
One of one. Never to be repeated.
Personally I love a nakiri, I use mine for every job that doesn't specifically require a pointy tip. The wide blade and relatively flat cutting edge make it an absolute joy to use for slicing veg, potatoes and salad. The thin edge glides effortlessly through food while the slight convex shape provides a degree of food release.
