Korben heat treated my o1 steel to a great standard. It’s tough and takes a razor edge and is easy to sharpen.

Lovely stuff as always
My experience with KWB is nothing short of exceptional, being a retired machinist I know what quality and accuracy is,these knives are beautifully designed and Fit an finish is probably the best I’ve seen.Beautiful presentation box, great communication so much so I’ve commissioned Korben for a third knife.Highly recommended KWB.
I love dealing with KWB. Their San mai is excellent. I have never had to wait and their customer service is the best.
Great service. Responded promptly with detailed advice which really helped with the purchasing decision. Absolutely thrilled with my knife which I use every day and feel secure that the support is there, if needed, in the future.
Some beautiful steel! I buy most of my layered steels from KWB for good reason. The core steel is well centred and the patterns are top notch. Been using stuff from KWB for a while and his stuff is getting even better with more squiggles and activity along the nickel & copper layers. Highly recommend to any knife maker!
Service and products are faultless
Great billets from a great chap
Lovely stuff
I purchased a custom knife from Korben. Korben took me through the process step by step from drawing different knife shapes and explaining the pros and cons to what designs I was looking at. This explanation included the steel types and the how the handle grains would catch the light. The knife arrived a few days ago and even the box it came in was a presentation itself. As I picked up the knife, I was quite impressed with the build quality and finish. The hamon line was remarkable and well defined. The edge almost fell through a sheet of paper by its own weight. I have many custom knives and this one is by far my new favorite.
Brilliant billets.
Brilliant customer service.
I've used dozens of them and they have all been superb.
